Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return (TNVR) is a compassionate approach to improving the health of community cats while preventing future litters throughout Carbon and Emery Counties.
Cats are safely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, ear-tipped, and returned to the outdoor environment they know as home.
Trap
Cats are humanely contained using safe live traps.
Neuter or spay
Each cat is spayed or neutered to prevent future litters.
Vaccinate
Cats receive core vaccinations, including rabies when available, to help protect the cats and the community.
Ear-tip
While the cat is under anesthesia, the tip of the left ear is painlessly removed as the universal TNVR marker.
Return
Healthy cats return to the established outdoor territory they know as home.
